In some areas of our web site, FTT requests that you provide information, including your name, company name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, contact information, billing information and any other information from which your identity is discernible. Sometimes we collect or may collect a combination of these types of information.

We also may gather information about your computer hardware and software. This information can include without limitation your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring Web site addresses.   FTT provides online tools for the Chief Compliance Officer related to requirements for them to monitor, manage and report on the various activities related to their trading, and employees’ personal trading. To effect this monitoring and reporting, companies and their employees provide FTT with information on portfolios, trading accounts, trading activity and related data.

We retain indefinitely all the information we gather about users in an effort to make their repeat use of FTT more efficient, practical and relevant.

Financial Tracking complies with the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the US Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information from European Union member countries. FTT has certified that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles of Notice, Choice, Accountability for Onward Transfer, Security, Data Integrity and Purpose Limitation, Access, and Recourse, Enforcement and Liability. If there is any conflict between the policies in this privacy policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern. FTT has further committed to refer unresolved privacy complaints under the EU-US Privacy Shield Principles to BBB EU PRIVACY SHIELD, a non-profit alternative dispute resolution provider located in the United States and operated by the Council of Better Business Bureaus. Except as described in this privacy policy, we do not disclose any information including your individual visits to our Web site, or personal information that you provide, to any outside parties, except when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of FTT, our users, or others.

We may employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples may include hosting our web servers, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card payments and providing customer service. These other companies may have access to your personal information as necessary to perform their functions, but they may not share that information with any third party. FTT will not transfer any Personal Data to a third-party without first ensuring, via written contract, that the third-party handles the data under the same level of protection as set forth in this policy.

If FTT ever were to engage in any onward transfers of your data with third parties for a purpose other than which it was originally collected or subsequently authorized, we would provide you with an opt-out choice to limit the use and disclosure of your personal data.

In certain situations, Financial Tracking may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements

Financial Tracking’s accountability for personal data that it receives under the Privacy Shield and subsequently transfers to a third party is described in the Privacy Shield Principles. In particular, FTT remains responsible and liable under the Privacy Shield Principles if third-party agents that it engages to process the personal data on its behalf do so in a manner inconsistent with the Principles, unless FTT proves that it is not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.

FTT uses temporary “cookies” to help personalize and maximize your online experience and online time. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard drive by a web page server.
