H. Christopher DelPlato is Executive Vice President of Penn's Grant Corporation, a privately held commercial real estate development and alternative asset management firm. As a principal of the firm, Mr. DelPlato’s areas of responsibility and expertise include business development, site analysis, project financing, investor relations, property management, and project and construction management. Prior to joining Penn’s Grant Corporation, Mr. DelPlato was a Vice President in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman, Sachs & Co. in New York, where he was employed from 1998 to 2003. At Goldman Sachs, Mr. DelPlato advised primarily financial institutions and financial technology companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions and financing projects. From 1996 to 1998, Mr. DelPlato was an Associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at the investment banking firm of Alex. Brown & Sons Incorporated in Baltimore. Mr. DelPlato received an MBA from The University of Virginia's Darden School of Graduate Business Administration, where he was a Shermet Scholar; a law degree from The University of Virginia School of Law, where he was a member of the Virginia Law Review and The Order of the Coif; and a Bachelor of Science degree with Distinction from the McIntire School of Commerce at The University of Virginia. Mr. DelPlato, his wife Kathryn and their two sons reside in Buckingham, Pennsylvania. Merle E. Yoder has 24 years experience in financial data and technology and prior to Financial Tracking, completed 18 years of service with FactSet Research Systems Inc (NYSE:FDS). FactSet is a leading provider of global financial and economic information, including fundamental data on tens of thousands of companies worldwide. Mr. Yoder was an early employee at the company, joining in 1983. Today, FactSet provides 2,000 of the world’s largest financial institutions with integrated financial data from more than 200 separate databases. The FactSet data library allows users to search, download, and manipulate data as if from a single database. While at FactSet, Mr. Yoder held a variety of positions during his career including Software Engineer, Client Services and Sales Executive, and Managing Director of FactSet’s European Operation. He graduated from Purdue University with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. Peter Clark has over 20 years of emerging markets and fund management experience. As the former Chairman and CEO of Schroders Investment Management North America, Inc., Mr. Clark led the firm’s businesses across the United States, Canada and Latin America, which consisted of over $30 billion in assets from pension plans, financial intermediaries, insurance companies, and high net worth individuals. Mr. Clark joined Schroders in 2001 as Head of its Emerging Markets Equity team managing over $6 billion of assets across various mandates within emerging markets. Prior to this, Mr. Clark held various senior management positions within emerging markets groups at JP Morgan over the course of 15 years with the firm. Most recently at J.P. Morgan, Mr. Clark served as a member of the Executive Committee and Head of Emerging Market Equity. Additional positions included Head of Emerging Market Equity Proprietary Trading and Head of the Emerging Market Syndicate Desk amongst others. Mr. Clark was a founding member and currently serves as Chairman of Empower, an emerging markets foundation that makes grants to local NGOs working on poverty, health, and education. He also currently serves on the boards of several companies including the financial advisory board of IRX Therapeutics. A native of Texas and Mexico, Mr. Clark holds an A.B. Degree in History and Government from Harvard College.
